This 3rd edition of "From Panglong Spirit to Panglong Promise" paper is the team-work product of the author Khau Marko Ban and research team from PI. This edition was reviewed and revived by PI's researchers for a better referencing and a more systematic research approach with the advices and suggestions from the author.
